The County Line formed in Harlens Creek, WV in 1996. The four-piece — Tyler "T." Rourke on vocals and acoustic, Marcus Ellis on guitar and backing, Cody Dean on bass, and Jim on drums — has not relocated. They describe their sound as gothic rock, which is accurate if you've ever driven that stretch of road past the Harlan's Creek bridge at night and felt something watching from the treeline. They have been standing in front of that sign since before most of their current audience was born.
This tee reproduces the band's foundational graphic in a sepia-and-rust palette: four men standing at the Harlan's Creek town sign — Est. 1892 — with a rusted iron bridge and pine forest behind them. The illustration is rendered in a weathered, high-contrast engraving style, with band member credits, founding year, and genre designation included as part of the composition. The lower register reads, without elaboration: "Started on a stretch of road and a handful of songs. Still here." Harlens Creek, WV is credited bottom left. "Grown here. Stayed here." is credited bottom right. No further statement was considered necessary.
◆ Started on a stretch of road and a handful of songs. Still here.
Available in sizes S through 5XL. Machine wash cold. Do not iron — Jim's kit has been through worse and even he knows when not to apply direct heat to something that still works.

WTC reached out to The County Line for comment via their last known contact address, which is a P.O. box in Harlens Creek. The letter was not returned. It was also not answered. Tyler "T." Rourke was seen two weeks later standing outside the feed store on Route 9. He did not appear to be waiting for anything in particular. We have chosen to interpret this as confirmation.
