This is not a slogan. It is standing operating procedure at What The Cryptid?, printed here in full for the first time. Field correspondents are instructed never to pursue a subject, on the reasoning that anything worth documenting will still be there after it has already left. The policy has never once resulted in an actual sighting, a detail the network does not consider relevant.
The design reproduces the internal directive exactly as it hangs in the WTC field office: bold distressed black type stacked top to bottom, a cream banner punching through the middle with the operative line in reverse contrast, and twin mustard-gold rules bracketing each section like redacted classification bars. The WTC insignia and "Paranormal News Network" wordmark anchor the bottom, confirming this came from the archive, not a gift shop.
