It appears on all official WTC documentation, broadcasts, and field reports — and nowhere else, legally or otherwise. It has been present on every published WTC asset since the network's founding, though the exact date of that founding remains, per internal policy, unconfirmed.
This t-shirt carries the WTC Network Seal in full. No quote. No qualifier. No hedging. The seal is the statement. Wearing it indicates either direct affiliation with the What The Cryptid? editorial team or a level of conviction the editorial team finds professionally appropriate.
