Mr. Hutchins, please describe the incident in your own words. WITNESS: It started with the garden hose. INTERVIEWER: The garden hose. WITNESS: I came out Tuesday morning — this is the 11th, so that’s three days ago now — and it was coiled. I leave it uncoiled. I’ve always left it uncoiled. Ask anyone.
