The date is October 14th, 2026. Time is 2:17 p.m. This is file DCA-HC-2026-0544. The witness is Trevor Gillespie, age 55, handyman, Harlan’s Creek. Mr. Gillespie, you are now his fourteenth interview with this office. We have reviewed your prior filings. Please describe what you observed on the evening of October 11th. WITNESS: Right, yeah. So I was out on the access road — the one that runs past the water tower — replacing some reflector posts for the county. Around six, maybe six-fifteen. Sun was going down. And I see it come out of the tree line. INTERVIEWER: Describe the entity. WITNESS: Big. I mean, real big. Eight feet, easy. Covered in this dark, wet-looking fur. Walking upright. And it had — this is the part I really want on the record — it had these big flat feet. Like a duck, almost. Webbed. Slapping on the asphalt.
