Can you confirm your name, occupation, and the date of the incident? WITNESS: Darleen Prouty. I’m a mobile notary — I drive to people, they can’t always come to me, that’s the whole point. I had a notarization out at the Hennessey place — the old one, past the grain silos. You have to take the access road because the GPS still thinks the bridge is out. It hasn’t been out since 2019.
