Three weeks is a meaningful duration. Something that means you harm, in my experience, does not tend to linger quietly in a cornfield for twenty-two days producing measurably superior yields. That is not the behaviour of a threat. That is, frankly, the behaviour of a very focused tenant who hasn’t quite sorted out the social contract yet.
