What The Cryptid? operates a merchandise store through WooCommerce, with products fulfilled by Printify and their network of third-party print providers. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• All product prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
• Production and shipping times vary by product and print provider. Estimated timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative only.
• By completing a purchase, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

04 ◆ Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by Printify's network of print providers and shipped directly to you. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the print provider assigned to your order.

What The Cryptid? is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

05 ◆ Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy covers the following circumstances:

• Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@whatthecryptid.com with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
• Lost orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the fulfilment provider.
• Change of mind: As our products are printed on demand specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please review product details carefully before ordering.
• Incorrect size or colour: Please refer to the size guides provided on each product page. We are unable to offer refunds for incorrect size selections. If you receive an item in a colour or style different from what was ordered, please contact us.

To initiate a return or replacement, contact us at contact@whatthecryptid.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Product photographs are intended as a guide only. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your display settings, garment material and the printing process.

By subscribing to a WTC membership, you agree that:

• Memberships renew automatically until cancelled;
• Access to member-only content continues until the end of the paid billing period;
• Membership fees may change in the future, with reasonable notice provided before renewal;
• We may add, remove or update member content and benefits over time;
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships where these Terms are seriously breached.

If you submit photographs, stories, comments, reports or other material to What The Cryptid?, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to submit it.

You retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting it to WTC, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, publish, edit and use that content in connection with the operation and promotion of What The Cryptid?, unless otherwise agreed.
