Refunds & Returns Policy
01 ◆ Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@whatthecryptid.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A description of what's wrong
Once reviewed, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. This process is usually quick, since print-on-demand defects are easy to verify from photos.
02 ◆ Wrong Size or Address
Please double-check sizing charts and your shipping address before completing checkout. Because items are produced on demand, we can't intercept or modify an order once it's gone to production. If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can reship at the buyer's cost.
03 ◆ What We Can't Refund or Replace
- Buyer's remorse or wrong size selected (please check the size chart first)
- Orders delayed by carrier issues outside our control (we'll help you track and escalate with the carrier, but can't issue a refund for shipping delays alone)
- Items returned to us without prior contact — please reach out before sending anything back, as we may not have a return address set up to receive it
04 ◆ Product Appearance
We make every effort to display our merchandise accurately. However, colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed product due to differences in monitors, printing processes and garment materials.
05 ◆ Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
06 ◆ Production & Shipping
All merchandise is produced after your order is placed. Production and shipping times shown during checkout are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, holidays or due to carrier delays.
07 ◆ How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

01 ◆ Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel anytime from your Account page — there's no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future billing immediately, but you'll keep your current clearance level's access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't prorate or refund the remaining days.
02 ◆ Billing Errors
If you're charged in error — for example, billed twice for the same period, charged after you'd already cancelled, or charged the wrong amount due to a site issue — contact us at contact@whatthecryptid.com with your account email and we'll investigate and correct it, including a refund where appropriate.
03 ◆ Free Trial / Promotional Periods
If you signed up during a free trial or promotional offer, you won't be charged until that period ends. Cancel any time before then to avoid being billed. Once a paid billing period has started, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or where a billing error has occurred.
04 ◆ Annual Plans
If you're on an annual membership and want to cancel partway through the year, the same policy applies — access continues until the term you paid for ends, with no partial refund for the remaining months. If you'd prefer more flexibility, our monthly plans may suit you better going forward.
05 ◆ Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees under Australian law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
